The form collects your name, phone, optional email, event type and date, location, photo/video interest and optional message. We use this information to respond and discuss the requested offer. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

If entered in the guide, the enquiry also includes approximate guest count, duration, style and preferred language. Guest Wall contributions include the message and uploaded photos; they remain private until moderation.

In production, enquiries are stored in PostgreSQL/Supabase and a notification is sent to the administrator through Resend. Access is intended for the people managing enquiries.

An offer request is processed to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract. Guest Wall participation is optional and based on consent for the submitted contribution, not marketing consent. Anyone receiving the event link, including through sharing, can access the page. A noindex label is not a password.

Guest Wall photos are kept in private Supabase storage. We remove image metadata and do not retain original filenames. Approved messages and photos become visible on the event page. We keep the submission date, consent version and moderation history.

Guest Wall contributions and moderation history are kept for a maximum of 30 days, then removed through scheduled maintenance.

Backups are encrypted and kept for 30 days. On restoration, contributions are reviewed before publication, including deletion requests received in the meantime.

Form enquiries are retained for 365 days from receipt, then deleted through the scheduled retention process. Documents relating to a possible contract follow a separate process.

You can request information about your data, correction or deletion, and report any privacy concern at contact@fotomistic.ro.

Form submission measurement does not include your name, phone, email or message. Entered data is not automatically sent to Google Ads for conversion matching.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing under the law. To withdraw a contribution, provide the event link and the code received on submission. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP.

Storage regions, possible international transfers and providers’ contractual safeguards must be completed after account setup and before publication. We do not use automated decisions with legal effects.
